Mixed Kickboxing & Fitness


Our mixed classes are a great way to keep fit for all.

A solid hour of different Kickboxing combinations using a wide varity of kicks and punch strikes, movement and defence work with cardio excersises thrown in.

We also offer sparring training within this class for those who want to take the step to the next level, always carried out with saftey in mind and encouragement of mutal respect between opponents.
