7pm – 8pm Kids Kickboxing – a great fun way to learn new skills, improve balance, coordination and concentration as well as keeping fit our Kids classes are full of energy and fun.
7.15 – 8.15pm Ladies Only – Kickboxing fitness and Body Conditioning – a fitness program based on kickboxing moves for an all over body workout. BURN Calories, LEARN new skills BUILD confidence have FUN , FEEL AWESOME!!
8.15 – 9.15pm Mixed pad work and cardio class, an hour of kickboxing combinations working on attacking strikes, defense drills and movement with Cardio fitness thrown in to give you a great balanced workout that will push your boundaries, burn calories in a fun friendly environment
